I haven't tried this just yet (waiting for things to warm up a bit), however I've heard it's great. The recipe looks pretty simple, let me know if you give it a go.
Wendy's Chocolate Frosty (original from recipezaar):
1 16oz tub of Cool WhipAdd Cool Whip and sweetened condensed milk to an ice cream maker then add chocolate milk to fill line. Let maker run until mixture is smooth and creamy.
1 14oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Gallon chocolate milk
Don't have an ice cream maker. Freeze the Cool Whip, chill the condensed milk and make a few ice cube trays worth of chocolate milk. Place it all in a blender and add chocolate milk until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Enjoy, my mouth is already watering.

I have to admit I didn't personally make those nice chocolate streaks, but they are made with thick chocolate sauce.
